Return Policy
As part of our oustanding customer service guarantee, if you find any problems with your order or receive the wrong items. Contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the problem for you.
We also know that even if we do our job 100%, there can still be occasions you may just not like the item you ordered for one reason or another or your event may have been canceled. If you would like to return any unopened item for any reason you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer service dept for a Return Authorization number and return the item to us and will refund the purchase price of the item less a 15% restocking fee.
